Our artificial intelligence technology can automatically detect any breach of the perimeter of a warehouse, factory or mine and automatically notify the security team. This omits human-error and doesn’t rely on guards constantly monitoring footage.
This includes a physical breach of the property's wall or fence or the presence of a suspicious vehicle or human outside the commercial property's.
Using virtual perimeters, Surion products can automatically identify and set alerts when someone is in an area of a commercial property when they shouldn’t be in. For example, if a certain area of a factory or warehouse is restricted, our system can automatically detect human activity and send real-time notifications to the security team. This is done via our desktop and mobile app.
Our artificial intelligence technology can send real-time alerts when there are loiterers or protesters outside your commercial property for more than a certain period of time.

HOW IT WORKS
The Surion Sense continuously collects data of events per camera and track the responses of each event. Our engineers can use this data to provide you with deeper insights into the patterns of events we are detecting and can then suggest possible further optimisation of the system and solutions.
The information can also be used by you to track for example movements and times of staff, vehicles, deliveries, equipment usage etc.
REPORTING AND ANALYTICS SERVICES
We provide a monthly report of the status and up-time of all equipment connected to the system. Graphs and analytics of events are provided. We do long-term analytics of patterns and irregularities.
The system is checked every second to ensure all cameras and software is running as it should and this gets reported on.
HOW IT WORKS
We know that it doesn’t help to have a system if it is not always on and working optimally. Unfortunately, systems become faulty due to weather, power surges, connectors becoming loose or something as simple as a spider covering a lense. Cameras also require regular updates of firmware.
ONSITE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
We perform quarterly site visits and physical inspection of all equipment. Urgent faults are repaired onsite. Remote repairs happen within 24 hours when it is possible. New guards are trained on the system.
